A token of our appreciation

One of the things we are most thankful for at the Food Bank is our dedicated group of volunteers.

Distributing millions of pounds of food throughout the state of Maine is no small task, and one that we could not dream of accomplishing without the near 500 volunteers who joined us this year. Each day we hope to do a little more and reach a little further and our volunteers provide the skills and hard work to do so. There are still many throughout the state in need of our services, but in the midst of great need there is also great hope. In our mission to eliminate hunger in the state of Maine we have been given an amazing gift. You!

This holiday season we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who gave us your most precious commodity this year, your time.  Without your countless hours of support and tireless efforts we would be unable to fulfill our mission.  Thank you!
