Our volunteers, donors, advocates, and partners allow Good Shepherd Food Bank to extend our reach and maximize our efforts to eliminate hunger in Maine.
Become a Volunteer
Our volunteer program provides opportunities for individuals or groups to help sort, pack, and distribute food to those in need in our community.
Become a Donor
You can make a one-time gift or become a member of Thrive365, our monthly giving program. Just select “monthly” option when you donate on our secure site.
Become a Corporate Partner
Measure your impact with meals. Join our group of socially responsible corporations who support our mission through monetary gifts and/or food donations.
Donate to our pantries
We invite you to volunteer your time or stop by your local partner agency to drop off fresh produce, meat, dairy, canned goods, dry goods, or toiletry items at your convenience.
Our food bank relies on local food producers and organizations – called Food Industry Partners – to keep our 600+ local partner agencies stocked with accessible nutrition throughout the state.
