Link2Feed is a web-based software made specifically for food banks and food pantries by hunger relief professionals. It collects, stores, interprets, and distributes data, and also has TEFAP certification built-in. Link2Feed Inc. is a Certified B Corporation, meaning they meet high standards for social and environmental practices, accountability, and transparency.
There is no software or app to download. The entire database is online, accessible from any device with an internet connection. We recommend using Google Chrome web browser, which is available on any computer or tablet.
The intake and check-in processes can be paperless directly on Link2Feed or with paper then manually transferred to Link2Feed. Either process will require an electronic device and a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. If you have any concerns about your access to these resources, please ask about our technology assistance grants.
The Link2Feed database is protected with 256-Bit encryption – the same level as your bank! There is no identifiable information in generated reports. The Food Bank, your agency, and assigned users are bound by licensing and end-user agreements and information cannot be sold or used for any other purpose.
No, patrons who do not wish to participate are never denied services.
