Development

Our development team provides support for our family of donors at every level – whether that is operations helping with processing a gift, donor relations assisting with an event, or philanthropy advisors working closely with our donors to align their philanthropic goals and strategies with the programs offered by Good Shepherd Food Bank.

Make a Difference With Us

You can make a one-time gift or become a member of Thrive365, our monthly giving program. Just select “monthly” option when you donate on our secure website. We also accept donations over the phone by calling (207) 782-3554 ext. 1142 or by mail at Good Shepherd Food Bank, PO Box 1807, Auburn, ME 04211-1807.

Become a member of the JoAnn Pike Legacy Circle and offer a helping hand to the future. You can find more information here, including a downloadable Personal Estate Planning Kit.

We invite any socially responsible corporation or corporate foundation to help support us in our mission of reducing food insecurity through monetary gifts and/or food donations. For more information, check out our corporate partner page or contact Georgia Jenkins (gjenkins@gsfb.org).

We also offer the ability to make donations of stock, tribute gifts, employer matching gifts, and more. Contact our Development team (devops@gsfb.org) for more information or if you have any questions.

This policy applies to all information received by Good Shepherd Food Bank both online and offline, on any platform, as well as any electronic, written or oral communications.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Partnering for the Future

Want to become a partner in building a future where all Mainers are food secure? We offer organizations the options to show support by hosting a speaker, publicly presenting a check, or partnering with us for cause marketing. We also offer numerous ways to get involved as an individual or group – including donating money, offering your time, or hosting fundraisers.
